Products
The company produces extra virgin olive oil, of “Coratina” quality, with low acidity and no residual pesticides.
The olive harvest takes place through the vibrator, the cold mill grinding is a continuous cycle, within 24 hours after the collection thereof.
Our company produces only oil DOP “Terra di Bari” sub “Castel del Monte” and spring olive oil between 1 and 15 November.
We also produce precious wines, DOC Castel del Monte, IGT Murgia and common table white, rose and red wines.
The wines come from grapes of our property as “Autochthonous” Montepulciano, Nero di Troia, Pampanuto, Bombino, Fiano, Aglianico and international varieties such as Chardonnay and Cabernet.
The white and rosé wines, bearing extraction raw. We also produces Grappa, Brut Sparkling Wine, pasta, sauces, in oil vegetables.
Our company is certified according to ISO 1001, ISO 1M001 and traceability 10131 about quality environment and production chain, including the application of HACCP procedures.
The company has 11 shops for direct sale and also sell to G.D.O including Metro, Esselunga, Pam, Megamarket. It also has direct representation in the German market, Swiss, English, Canadian and Japanese and procurers for the rest of European countries. It also use mail order with home delivery.
