The Spagnoletti Zeuli family’s love for the earth has ancient roots.

It is in the heart of this countryside that Onofrio Spagnoletti Zeuli, Count of Andria, combines traditional wisdom with entrepreunerial drive and investments in modern technology and research. In this way, he perpetuates the legacy of a family whose centuries-old relationship with the olive and the grape can only be described as one of genuine veneration.

Today the farm “Conte Spagnoletti Zeuli” produce DOC wines like “Castel del Monte” (Nero di Troia, Montepulciano, Aglianico, Bombino, Pampanuto etc.) and IGT Murgia (FIAN), extra virgin olive oil DOP “Terra di Bari” sub the famous location of “Castel del Monte”, we produce only extra virgin olive oil of 100% Italian olive.

The Area

San Domenico and Zagaria, the two estates that make up the Azienda Agricola del Conte Spagnoletti Zeuli, occupy some 1,000 acres in the countryside of Andria, in the province of Bari. While most of the land is dedicated to olive groves, the slopes of the outlying hills are planted with rows of Bombino Nero, Montepulciano and Troia, the grapes from zvhich Castel del Monte, glory of the local wine culture, is born.
